Our Customer Account Representative:

 

- Responds to and manages customer inquiries and expectations

- Processes orders and communicates product availability

- Answers and services inbound customer inquires

- Establishes and maintains customer relationships

- Resolves customer concerns and handles objections

- Stays attentive to, identifies and troubleshoots customer variances

- Prepares and tracks quotations & closes inbound sales

- Offers fast & courteous service maintaining Radia’s positive image in the marketplace

 

Qualifications:

 

- 4+ years customer service experience, manufacturing or distribution environment preferred

- AA or BA, preferred

- High attention to detail & process orientation

- Excellent communication skills

- Computer literate, proficient with CRM and Intermediate MS Office / Excel skills

Our Customer Service Manager manages a 7-person Customer Service, Technical Service and Shipping team with responsibilities that include leading key initiatives focused on developing and improving department processes.  Key output includes supporting revenue growth by ensuring a continued high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Duties include:

- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet Department needs

- Hire, train, support and develop team members

- Lead and see key Customer Care Department initiatives to completion

- Coordinate with Production and Procurement Departments to plan for customer equipment demands as needed

- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions, assessing existing and establishing new metrics to measure key customer care indicators

- Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints, as needed

- Encourage employee retention through recognition, motivation and training

- Participate in company management meetings and communicate department solutions, successes, and opportunities

We are Winsor Learning, an educational consulting organization providing the Orton Gillingham based Sonday System Program and Training to educators throughout the U.S.  Together with Orton Gillingham expert Arlene Sonday, we built an intervention program that is used effectively even by those with little background knowledge in literacy education to increase struggling students’ reading ability and scores.  Since 1997, we have helped more than 1800 school districts improve reading scores by providing Sonday System tools and training to more than 40,000 educators.  Our growing team seeks a Sales Development Representative for an exciting and fast-paced opportunity at our corporate office near the MSP Airport.

Our Sales Development Representative works closely with sales and administrative staff to identify and engage with potential clients and assist in creating and implementing customized solutions.  Duties include:

 

- Partner with outside sales to execute market development strategies including market analysis, prospect identification, database development, email and phone campaigns, appointment generation and follow up

PRI Robotics & Automation (www.prirobotics.com) located in Plymouth, MN is an experienced integrator of robotic systems with an extensive history of providing a variety of productive manufacturing solutions.  Our small and capable team solves manufacturing needs such as machine load/unload/tending, welding, dispensing, material handling, assembly, and material removal with custom designed automation solutions.  We seek a highly experienced and talented Senior Automation Engineer to lead our system design, application and mechanical design process.  This multi-discipline position is our go-to internal resource for creating and designing solutions. 

 

For this position, we seek an Automation, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Systems engineer with deep experience in automation design.  This Senior-Level role offers an experienced engineer leadership and hands-on responsibilities from concept & machine design through testing & implementation in delivering a wide range of custom automated solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team on application/automation solution design
  • Produce technical concept drawings and / or technical descriptions for proposed solutions
  • Design and detail solutions in SolidWorks and collaborate with Project Management and Electrical / Controls team members during the product design stage
  • Collaborate with design team on problem resolution and troubleshooting
  • Contact and utilize expertise of suppliers, seeking input on component capabilities
  • Specify purchased components such as motors, gears, and automation components to complete product/system build
  • Serve as technical contact during product build and oversee testing
  • Provide technical documentation and technical support as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field or a combination of education and experience is required
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in automation design, machine design, development, and engineering of automation equipment
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and experience designing custom manufacturing automation, as well as experience working with equipment suppliers
  • Experience with machining/machine shop or welding capabilities, highly desired
  • Robotics experience preferred

Client Service

- Enter, process, confirm, revise and track orders

- Set up new customers and update information in order entry system

- Handle documentation and information requests and follow up

- Work with customers and internal staff to resolve issues

- Create invoices

- Assist sales team with samples, documentation and follow-up

 

Office Support

- Prepare office for and greet and assist visitors

- Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
